@Kate: Thank you. And it's frustrating, isn't it? I could last for a week with one batch, easily! Now I have to make two batches a week and quite honestly, I don't really have time to do that, even though it's not an arduously long task.
@Dusa: Yes, I refrigerate the moment my FSG has cooled down quite a bit.
