If you have been flat ironing and relaxing your hair is probably fairly damaged, that will make hair frizz and be difficult to control. It may be you would do best with a good haircut instead of fighting fried hair. You likely have six inches or so of hair that has not been relaxed.
Proven beneficial ingredients for damaged hair include coconut oil, hydrolysed protein, ceramides, 18-MEA and panthenol.
