I've been a running fool!

This time last year I was a couch potato. Decided in April to pick up running. Now, I've been running around 12-16 miles a week. Did my first half marathon 3 weeks ago. My time was lethargic but I got 'er done. Now, I'm signed up for the Rock N Roll half marathon in DC next March. I'll be aiming to shave an hour off my time.

Running is not the most fun I've ever had but the results on my weight (lost 40 pounds since April) has me motivated to keep it up. It also keeps me honest on my diet because I need energy to run.
