It's amazing how much you can recall from a simple mention of a previous "infamous" case or trial. I had not thought abot the Mendendez Brothers in years, but as soon as I heard their names... Murdered their parents with shot guns in the late 80's. So that made me think of other infamous cases. Some I have very vague memories of due to my age, the lack of coverage, the main coverage being on a channel we didn't get or only got in specific weather conditions. I can slightly remember Diane Downs, the woman who shot her 3 children, in Oregon circa 83', because the man she was seeing with did not want them in the picture. I think I remember that more because of the trial coverage and made for tv movies about it. It was 11 years before another story like that came up... Susan Smith. Andrea Yates just a few years later, and more after that. Sick.
When I hear terms like "
" I think, who told cliques they could leave high school??
