When I had my first jobhunt (It took me two years after college to find a full-time job!) I would apply apply apply without even READING the ads. Ugh...learned my lesson.
Plus, tons of staffing agencies called me then and even some now. I don't really like dealing with those places, since I've gotten a lot of interviews without them.
