This right here is why I am not a "product junkie".

I have noticed that since "going natural" has become popular there has been a overload of new products, and product line from well known companies. I refuse to be a "guinea pig" for these companies and end up losing my hair in the process.

I only use natural products that have been around for yearS, and avoid like the plague new products/product lines, especially those I have never heard of before.

Also, one should thoroughly massage their scalp before and during co-washing. I love Shea Moisture Purification Masque as a scalp cleanser before I co-wash, and still massage my scalp and rub my hair together when I co-wash.

It's been good so far and I started in December 2012.

Also, if a person is "resistant" to co-washing, [mindset], isn't open to something new/different, and thinks it is not as good as shampooing...sometimes that will attribute to it not working for them.

The title to this thread is misleading...and may even be scary to a newbie.

Blessings!
