Thanks, that's a good way of putting it. I wasn't overweight before but wanted to be healthy. But being only 5'1" when I see the numbers go up on the scale I get nervous. It only takes a few pounds on a shorty like me to be visible. I think I am probably just gaining muscle faster than losing fat.
Today my legs hurt soooo badly from finally get back yesterday. I am off again, and I'll do my arms this time instead of my legs. I do enjoy weight training but there are always people who try to chat with me and I just want to do my thing and go. When I am sweating, I'm not in the mood.
