Oh man I've definitely fell off the boat. During breaks it's SO EASY to work out regularly and cook and eat healthfully, once the chaos of school begins it all goes downhill.

But I signed up with this new gym (yay!) that opened up super close and I'm SUPER motivated to get back on track. I'm still lifting heavy, hoping to make it more than 3x a week this time, more like 4 or 5, and if I'm very motivated, go in the early AM to do a bit of cardio just to get the blood pumping before each day begins.
fine - normal porosity*?- medium density - normal elasticity. Hard water. SoCal.
*Used to be low-porosity, but I lightened my hair 1-2 shades, so I may be normal-porosity now.
