My best advice would be to find a stylist to blow out (maybe dominican?) and trim or cut it that way. I suggest this because I have had a barber shape my hair several times, and a stylist cut my hair curly. Each cut was uneven.

I can't help with who, I live in MD. Hope I helped somewhat.
