you must burn fat to reduce/eliminate cellulite. also you should drinks lots of water and i honestly believe good, deep massages can break up the fat also. the one thing that i did that unequivocally got rid of my cellulite (which i believe is a function of genetics, body fat and our processed diets) was doing a 10 day fast called the master cleaner fast (very talked about on the internet)....anyway i've done the fast 4 times and each time any cellulite disappears....i actually never really returned like it was before the first time i did the fast but because i got sloppy w/ my diet or owrking out a little did return and the fast wipes it out right away......it's tough but if you want to kick start you body into burning fat look into it.
