what works for me is to make the "concentrate" lemon juice, maple & cayenne and just add that to water when i want a glass. don't feel like you have to drink every 1-2 hours. drink when you fell hungry/thirsty (i don't even really ydrink plain water during this time....just the lemonade and green tea to mix it up.

let me know when you're going to do it so i can provide you some encouragement. by the way, day 3 is one of the hardest....really plan out when you're going to do it and what days you start and finish.
