About the no-shampooing thing...It sounds really crazy and scary, I know! You can ease into it though. You can start just by using a less harsh shampoo (Health food store brands are good for this). And you can just skip a day of shampooing ... Just rinse, condition and style. You may very well find you can go longer without your hair getting greasy. Then you are not drying our your hair by shampooing it every day, but you're not giving up shampooing altogether. (Yet!)
