I get bad cramps when I ovulate, so that's an easy sign, but I know that there are a couple of days before ovulation when you're also fertile and finding those has really taught me a lot about me!

Question: My mama always said this and I have no idea if it's true or if it was her way of trying to make me feel better, but she always said if you get bad menstrual cramps and know there is no medical cause (ie. endometriosis) it is a good chance that you're very fertile and could conceive easily. Is this an old wives' tale?

I thinkt hat fertility has more to do with the mother's health and maternal age. conception is all about timing. you have to know when your fertile time is, or it's just not going to work.
