When I woke up I drank about 14 ounces of water.

Breakfast:

1 medium size peach (eaten alone)

1/2 cup plain homemade yogurt
2 Tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 cup granola (made with pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds)

1 boiled egg (eaten with a little French dijon mustard)


Pina colada

Lunch:
1 cup leafy green salad with cilantro and lime juice
1 cup chupe de camorones (Peruvian shrimp chowder)
Tablespoon aji (spicy pepper sauce)

Dinner/snack:
Hawaiian bread with cheese
Chocolate
