Hi not Beth but I can decipher her message.

A co wash = Conditioner only - instead of shampooing your hair w/shampoo you use conditioner .
Suave M/h is Suave Milk and honey conditioner
RR/CCSS- are both Jessicurl products Rockin Ringlets and Confident Coils Styling Solution
