It's exactly like twirling your hair around your fingers. I am rocking the same style today again. Takes about 5 minutes to do on my length of hair.

Thanks! I've been doing that to my hair since Friday...and I love it! I just couldn't get with the texture of my hair with mousse and gel...I don't like that crunchy feeling...not to mention the white flakes if someone touches it (as they often do)! Lol. Mine looks kinda like locks.

I just use conditioner and oil.. for just about everything..lol. Mousse and gel break my hair off.

QC & BP, your hairstyles are cute!

I was being lazy today so I just co-washed and put hair in a high bun.

Default Comparison

Here's my fingercoils on day 1 and day 2 as a comparison.

Day 1 is usually very defined, but I didn't realize I was coiling a bald spot into my head. Fluffing usually helps a little, but hey, I'm scalpy.. what can I say. Day 2 is a little frizzy and shrunken, but I still like it.

ETA: Thanks Teejay.

A puff?

I have my hair pulled back and have an elastic around it like a pony tail except, I didn't twirl the elastic. It's just holding my hair back. I pulled out my hair to make it bigger. So it looks like a puff, except since my hair is getting long, it's not sticking up (it's laying down). I have a sparkly bow headband too.

Low pigtails today! It got about 65% dry in a wash and go with experimental products and I didn't much like it so I put it up.

you're hair looks better then mine. I know what you mean, the stylist cut so much of my hair and it was only supposed to be a trim and a couple long layers in the back, ( which apparently, I guess there is no such thing as long layers for stylist!! AGH) I ended up leaving with a pyramid cut and now I HAVE to wear it pulled back. Its awful and it takes so long for my hair to grow! I am beyond upset and just heartbroken .. I was looking forward to rock my curls this summer. Will I go back to her, Nope.

How? You just twirl your hair in small sections around your finger while it's wet and has conditioner in it. That's it. No parting, nothing difficult.

Tashimarie, lovely hair!

As for me, I'm just doing a wng held back with an elastic headband. Just waiting for it to grow back out so I can actually do something with it.

Tashimarie love the hair. Its so full. Jealous!

I just did a French braid and put a headband on. I'm getting bored with my hair lately
