2 french braids the way my mommy used to do it for me. Yes, I am a 22 year wife and mother with little girl braids, but that's how I wore my hair to bed after a wash and go yesterday.

3c's, how are you wearing your hair today?-uploadfromtaptalk1329702943289.jpg
Jojoba Oil, TRESemme Naturals Conditioner, Aloe Vera Juice and Eco Styling gel with olive oil... works everytime. I have issues with the protein... I'm going to lay off the coconut oil for a bit and see if that's the cause of the brittleness.

Figured out how to do a hump/pomp-thing at my crown.. so I'm wearing a half-up/down do with my lil pomp and a few bangs in the front. Secured with bobby pins. Not my favoritest look, but it will do for now.

@allnaturalchick

You know I love your curly fro! Too cute! :-)

Curls Goddess Glaze gel does not make my hair hard & that is why I love it! It's more liquid like a serum, don't need a lot, very defining, & it also helps the white of conditioner or styling cream go away. I also like it because my curls don't shrink up as bad as with other gels, my hair feels light, & still moves well!

In fact, I tried Kinky Curly Curling Custard yesterday & did not like it. My hair curled really tight, hard, & crunchy. I ended up rinsing my hair to get it out & start all over.

This works great on dry hair, like on an old wng or twistout, for example. You just need bobby pins for this style... I think I used a total of four or so.

I followed Naptural85's directions starting at 1:44 of the vid.. of course she has a ton more hair than me so it looks different on me than her.

Very cute! And thanks..
If your hair stretches a lot you might be able to do the french twist at your length.
