I don't have a hair idol! Never have had one! I have looked at someone's hair and wanted that particular hair cut though! I love, love, love my hair. It can look different after each washing! I love that people wonder what I did to it when in reality it was the same old wash-n-go. It just does what it wants to on a daily basis.

Back in the day I use to love Amel Larrieux hair (still do). There weren't that many women when I was growing up that I could look up to that wore their hair in their natural state except for her (that I knew of). I have also admired Sophina Brown's hair cut. I thought I could get that cut. But, I just don't want bangs again and I believe I would have to cut my length. So it isn't an option since I love my length and don't want it any longer or shorter.

Pictures were already posted of both of these ladies.

I used to have idols when my hair was in that ackward stage. Laura Izibor is def one.

But I have color idols too. These two ladies convinced me how exquisite highlights can be and I've totally bit their styles. Bwahaha!:

Jennifer Freeman has beautiful long curls.

I hope mine to reach her length by the end of this year...hopefully!





I love she's a LA/Hollywood raised girl yet didnt conform and ruin her curls, instead made them her signature look

Naturally Curly ennovy, I agree with you about how hair look different after each wash. I have same experience with that. Its depends on what you do with your hair with your hands. I noticed two things finger combs, palm combs and others, they would look different with curl patterns.

I know a lot of women want to kill for Sophia Brown's haircut for curly. :-)

Nathalie Emmanuel is a British actress.

Yeah, her hair is looking good to me. My hair looks like hers when I use finger comb. Finger comb will give you multiple curly hair.

I do not think that was not her natural curl pattern. her hair looks like coil finger to me but I might be wrong. who knows?

Her color hair is not great to me. she needs some update highlight on her hair. If she do then her hair will look great.

WOW. Kelis was so BOLD. Look at her BLOND hair without damaging her curly hair pattern. I am wondering how many time she dyed her hair till she wanted the color hair.

I love her hair but not color hair.

I'm going to have to go with Sophina Brown (sometimes I wonder if she knows I love it, envy it, and makes her hair look even better), Brooklyn Sudano, and Mari Marrow on this one.

It's less their length, even though length is great. It's of course the definition but THE SHINE!!! I love the shine their hair has and the movement it looks like it has.

Anybody have any tips on getting that shine?
