I know you don't want to cut it, but do you still get tiny trims? I'm asking because the last time I stopped cutting my hair and just trimmed off my own splits, my hair went from looking like 3a/b to 2c because it wasn't healthy. It also eventually started looking shorter because I guess it started gradually splitting up the shaft. There is no product that can substitute keeping up with trims. I finally found someone who agreed to just cut a tiny bit off at a time, and my hair literally bounced back after my first trim. Also, I had long layers put in my hair and that really, really helped with the curls reviving.
