If you have buildup I suggest clarifying.
Moisturizing cleansers that I cant be without:
Curl Junkie Daily Fix Cleansing Condish
DevaCurl No Poo
Wen Cleansing Condish
Blended Beauty Soy Cream Shampoo
I rotate the above and use one every night. Just cowashing is gross to me.
And for more of a shampoo I love Elasta QP Creme Shampoo.
All AWESOME cleansers that dont strip at ALL and leave hair moisturized.

My holy grail
+1 for the Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo...I love how it moisturizes and it actually detangles when I use it. I think anyone who used to use the original creme of nature should try this

Ditto on the no shampoo factor...
I either use my cleanse mix (castille soap, black soap, tea tree oil, grapeseed oil, sweet almond oil), or my bentonite mix (bentonite clay, acv, avj, oil mix).

I use deva no poo as well but to get rid of build up I'd say clarify with a ACV rinse. Works wonders for me.

ACV, bentonite Clay, or SM Purification Masque.

bentonite clay is my lover
tried shea moisture purification masque last night and it did a great job of cleansing my hair as well as deep conditioning it at the same time.

cleansing conditioner: CJ daily fix
low-poo: I'm still experimenting with these, but I low-poo quite often. So far the stand out has been herbnlife royal rinse. Others are in my sig
shampoo: Phyto phytorhum-has sulfates but it's fab-u-lous
I've also been loving shampoo bars

The african black soap was very drying & stripping to my scalp so I stopped using it. I now use shampoo & the best one I've tried is Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat. I still use my beloved aztec clay w/acv.
