My hair gets really matted when I wear it in buns. I know I can detangle, obviously. But how "protective" is it if my hair ends up in one big bun shaped knot?

When my hair is in a bun, I make sure the ends are super moisturized and sealed before putting it up. How moisturized is your hair?

I can't remember the last time I wore my hair down. It is too damn hot for hair on my neck. Buns win.

My hair is fairly moisturized. My hair is just naturally tangly. At any chance they get, my curls just want to make love to each other and become one.

I've been neglecting my hair lately too. I've been working a lot and just hadn't had the time.
But I'm back to taking care of it again.

Still in this! ive been doing it 4 days a week or more, mainly out of necessity. Finally got a haircut and my hair is looking and feeling MUCH better but before now, my braidouts just looked stupid and I had to put em in a bun anyway.
Ill either do a low slick bun on freshly washed hair or most of the time its a high messy bun.
