Sleeping on curly hair?

I start school in a week and I don't have time to wash in the morning b/c the bus comes at 7. Any ideas how to sleep on my curls without smashing them? (I have shoulder length 3b hair)

i just put all my hair up in a loose pony tail or loose bun, when i wake up its still a bit damp from my shower the night before, easy to style, just need to shake it out and i put aleo vera gel through it to get the knots out
You could try plopping/plunking before bed. Your hair has to be wet.

After your hair is wet, put all your styling products in it, then flip your hair upside down.
Lower your hair into a microfiber towel or a long sleeved t-shirt. Your hair should be in a pile.
Cover the back of your hair with the towel or shirt. Then roll the corners/sleeves and wrap them around the back of your head and tie them.
Next morning undo it and your hair should be fine. You could use some refreshing spray or pomade if you need to.

I've never done it but i've seen it on the naturally curly website and jessicurl's website.
If hair's dry, pineapple (put it in a loose poneytail with a scrunchie on the very top of your head, not at the crown - at shoulder length, some will probably fall out, but that's OK) or spread it out on the pillow behind you, preferrably with a satin or other slick pillowcase.
