How often should I use leave in conditioner?

Hi! i shampoo my hair 2-3 times a week and use rinse out conditioner every day. I deep condition once a week. I also put gel in my hair everyday. But...I don't know how often to use leave in conditioner! I have thin hair and don't want it to be weighed down. I heard leave-in weighs hair down. The leave in I use is a spray so it probably won't weigh me down as much, though. I don't really like using a spray leave-in as it's harder to coat the whole head. I really like Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave-In Cream though. I was able to not use gel sometimes with it but there is sodium hydroxide in it which is bad-rit? Plus it probably weights hair down more than a spray if I use gel with it.

So how often should I use leave in conditioner? And what do you think about the cream leave-in I liked to use before? Thanks
3b or 3b/c biracial teen hair.
Shoulder blade length and highlighted.
A mix of fine and medium texture with medium density.
Frizzy and dry! Mostly frizzy.
Use sulfate free shampoo. Condition daily and deep condition weekly. I use Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger collection with DevaCurl AnGel. Sometimes use Infusium 23 moisture(ologie) leave in conditioner too.
I use both gels and creams depending on the effect you want to look on your hair.

Leave in conditioner is must for my hair, without it my hair frizzes. It seals the moisture in before using a styling product

I understand you don't want to weigh your hair down,Look through curlmart at products that are light or light weight on hair for 3b's.
My hair is naturally curly, very long thick corkscrew curls that are 3B

I think I'm normal-overly porous, medium-thick hair(although I see fine hair too), love protein
Thanks to everyone who answered my question! I'll use leave-in everyday now. I'm gonna stick with the leave in I've been using though, at least until I finish it. I'm still not sure how I feel about it...

I use leave-in everytime I wash or co-wash my hair. It's a must for me because it literally is a God send!
