EMBC, It has great slip but my hair never looks very good on that. It's real moisturizing but for some reason my hair goes limp on it. My hair is very weird.
I have half a liter I need to put up on the swap board. Maybe someone who hated the b2b will swap me eh?

The old B2B might be a little hard to find locally, but for the new stuff on back to basic's website there is a salon locator if you would want to find the new stuff.

Hey hockeymom I tried the last of that new B2B you sent me after I cleansed real well with no poo. Man my hair did so different this time!
I bet it was that gel I was using before not coming out clean that made things feel like something was being left behind. I left it in my hair for a bit while I showered and boy did I get more slip this time and my hair is clumped soooooooooo nice!
I'm waiting for it to finish drying to take some pics.

Yay I can make the transition to the new one one day without fear woohoo!

I can get the new version in the town I trek to to get groceries about 45-1 hour away so I have access local yay!

That's awesome Medusahair!! Woohoo...I was so hoping that the new version would work for you too! You know after you mentioned it being gummy, I really really paid attention the next few times I used it and you are right if there is maybe some product or something still in my hair and I put the B2B in and then scrunch the condish in, it felt a little sticky or something. I hope it keeps doing well for you so you can get it locally. I still love using it, I am going to get Kenra just to switch off here and there though, but B2B is my HG.

Yeah I saw that too. Right after I ordered two I went to see about maybe getting more and they raised the price, just on the liters.
Salonsavings has 12 oz for 3.99 still but I haven't tracked down anymore liters for 12.99

You know, I was checking out these prices and it just occurred to me that the salonsavings deal is actually better. You can get three 12 oz bottles(36 oz) for just under $12 versus $12.99 for a 33 oz bottle. Shipping does look pretty expensive on the salonsavings site, though. Still, if anyone's looking to buy the B2B condish they might want to check this site out first. I'm trying to resist, but my resolve is fading.

Yeah I saw that after they raised the price it's cheaper at salonsavings, the other place had cheaper shipping.
That's why I was so ticked when salonsavings didn't tell me they were only sending two liters because it's not worth the 10 bucks shipping charge. They were kind enough to send me pumps for the liters free though

Default I can't catch a break/peach extract

I ordered peach extract online (ok seriously I have to start waiting until I can find stuff in person) And it said peach extract, nowhere did it say imitation. I get the stuff put some in my little trial bottle with some embc and then notice the word imitation. I'm p.o'd as all h$ll
I wrote them we'll see if what they say. I swear why can't people just tell the truth on advertising?

Swear how am I gonna find out if peach extract works if they don't have the real stuff? grrrrrrr

Well the good news is propylene gycol is high on the list, if LB's idea that it might be helping in clumping is right maybe it's not a total loss if they don't take this back and give me a refund.
I dabbed a little on my ends and boy do I smell like a peach

LOL, well as least you smell like one! Who doesn't love a peach?! :P Btw, where did you order it from? I was looking online for some but couldn't find anything that actually said pure peach extract, or pruneus persica, or whatever it's called.

watkinsonline.com is where I got it so don't order that kind. It smells good but it's not real extract.
I'm still trying to track down some real stuff. Apparently it's not popular. All hampering my style. I did see some peach leaf extract on ebay. I wonder what part of the peach is in the B2B?

Check out this place, oh and it's prunnus, if you google the name and extract you get some hits

Yeah I saw that watkinsonline stuff, and when it said it was ideal for baking, flavoring pies, etc, I kind of thought 'don't think so'. I also saw the peach leaf stuff, I'm thinking that might be closer, or even peach kernel oil.....I saw that on some site today, around $7 for 16oz.

Yeah the peach kernel is what I was thinking, I saw kernel listed as an emollient on a site. You see any sign of what they use leaf extract for?

Now why couldn't we use these? (scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page where the 2 gray and white bottles are, and read the ingredients).

eta: Ohhhh, but seriously look here! It looks like they are the same?? (the peach extract and peach leaf extract that is).
