Light Gels vs Butters

Okay so first off, my hair is super fine and very fluffy, like it kinda floats in the air fluffy!! I've been using Deva Curl AnGel as my light gel as to not drag my curls down, but I'm curious about butters. I'd like something to keep my curls hydrated, shiny, and hopefully clumped together, and maybe a little bit more held down(but not too much!). Bonus points if it can be helpful for second day hair!!! So what is you opinion?
Butters do not moisturize, but they can add weight and shine. Sometimes I use a butter as my finisher in order to lubricate my ends or add some extra shine. However, they don't really help me with second day hair, because they take away some of the hold of the gel.
My hair pretty much hates all gels except flax seed gel. I use shea butter (sparingly) for hold. Conditioner mixed with oil also gives me very light hold, but only for a day or so.

My staples: Mane n Tail (cowash), Garnier Fructis Sleek n Shine (leave in condish), Grapeseed oil or shea butter (sealing), Organic Root Stimulator Elasticitea (leave-in condish & light hold)
