Over the summer I wore my hair up in a ponytail about 80% of the time, and noticed that I was developing pretty bad neck pain from the hair being heavy kinda pulling my head back. At the beginning of the semester I started wearing my hair down about 80% of the time instead, and all the pain is gone! My hair is just so much "lighter" when I do a wng instead of a ponytail.
I was just wondering if others have had similar experiences?

funny you should mention that, im growing out my hair n was wondering if i am going to get head achs from the weight....... so far i dont, but i got a sensitive head, and seem to get head achs easy..... hope i dont i really want to enjoy growing out my hair
my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.
