Flexi rods and wavy roots
I have been trying with no avail to get flexi rid curls without the weird non-matching wavy roots. When I fake my rods out the curls are smooth but my roots still look wavy. What do other 3b curliest do? I really don't want to use heat.

current length: just below BSL (Oct 2012)
type: 3b/ 3c(at crown)
daily: rose water and scrunch 
Every 3 days heavily Massage in EVOO mix then shampoo with Shea moisture and air dry. (no conditioner)
