Hi, I shed a lot of hair on a daily basis (covers the back of my shirt all the time). I can't run my hand through my hair without at least a few hairs coming out. They are definitely shed hairs as the little bulb is attached to all of them. Even my newly grown (shorter) hairs are falling out. Any help?

my only suggestion would be to take a look at your diet and see if that may be the cause. A well rounded diet should lend itself to healthy hair. Or stress, but I'm sure you've thought of that already.

I have thanks, I'm trying to eat better.

In addition to the shedding I also have dry scalp which I've now started to treat by oiling my scalp every few days.
