Default Leave in conditioner to weigh down curls?

Due to always straightening my hair and a one time bad dye job I had to cut a decent amount of my hair. Obviously all curly girls know curls shrink when they dry. I don't want to go back to flat ironing but I hate how short my hair looks. Can anyone suggest a leave in conditioner that will weigh it down a bit? This is my hair when it's still wet.....I would be happy if I could get it to stay that length until it grows a bit more. When it dries it pops out to the side and is up to my ears.

Have you tried Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie before? It's pretty thick and weighs down my hair nicely. I haven't really used it on sopping wet hair though, but I like it a lot. I have the same issue, but my hair isn't nearly as long as yours is.

LoL! You're preaching to the choir, sista. I love the way my hair looks when I use activator, but it's FOREVER wet! I would love to get those results DRY! LoL!

Good luck, though.
