How often are you cleansing your hair? I know I can't use GFTN too frequently because I've ended up over-conditioned. I don't know anything about the Suave green apple- I tried the Suave Natural coconut as a co-wash when I first started CG in November and hated it, so I don't think I could bring myself to try another one.
Curl Keeper (and KY jelly) seems to be something that people either love or hate. CK is one of my HG products, but I've never tried it with straight air drying, only when I diffuse my hair. I don't know if this could make a difference.
If the frizz is almost like your hair repelling from itself and your hair is feeling mushy and limp, it could be over conditioning. If you have fine hair, I would try a protein treatment. No matter what type of hair you have, you might want to rotate in a lighter RO if this is the case.
Unfortunately there is an adjustment phase for most people when they switch to CG. Don't be afraid to use a sulfate-free shampoo (low-poo) to remove any buildup you might have (the castor oil could be an issue- some people don't do well with it). Shea Moisture and Renpure Organics both have very gentle low-poos.
