Default hair type? mixed

Hey,

I'm still trying to figure out my hair type. I just registered and it forced me to choose just 1 so I chose 3c but i think my hair is a mix including 4a such. how can i get help to determine my real hair type. i took photos yesterday.

Also, do you check your hair type while the hair is wet? or while it is dry?

Tah mucho, but the curls do shrink n get thicker when my hair dries. hhmm. I'm still checking it out :-) It's so hard to tell. but I guess it doesnt matter once i take care with the right methods??
Does anyone know if you should treat curls differently in the same category? Like will a hair method for 3a work for 3c?

what matters most is your hair's properties (porosity, density, etc). curl size really doesn't have much to do with what products, methods, or routines you use.
