Default Updated: Hair regimen?

I made a post of this a while ago, but I've changed it quite a bit since then. Please post your regimen!!
Shampoo with KeraKare Detangling Hydrating Shampoo (sulfate free)
Condition with KeraKare Moisturizing Conditioner (
I don't know exactly what its called but it is in a set with the shampoo) (also silicone free)
Detangle with wide tooth comb
Rinse
Add products (I use multiple and change it up often, so I won't record them here)
Brush with paddle brush (I found that it sets and defines my hair more, and my hair is pretty strong so it doesn't show up much in the brush)
Twist into a shower cap or two
After about 30 minutes, let down and air dry.

I have recently updated my LI and my product application.

BEFORE:
Apply Tresemee Naturals LI and LALSG to soaking wet hair.

Wet plop overnight and diffuse in the morning.

NOW:

Apply Nourish Conditioner (Trader Joe's) and LALSG to hair that has been dryed with a T-shirt. Essentially I have damp hair and not soaking wet hair.

I plop at night on work nights and diffuse in the morning. On the weekends I air dry as long as I can. Now when I diffuse I use the hair pick blow dryer attachment to dry my hair at the roots and then use my regular diffuser for the rest of my hair.

I have had the best hair. I have tried several LIs with my gel but none have compared to the Nourish.

I thought it might be a fluke so my curly teenage daughter made the switch to Nourish and she loves it. Our curls are so moisturized that they feel wet. I also have lots of movement.

Co-wash: Suave, Vo5, HE, Aussie Moist
Deep Conditioner: GVP Conditioning Balm
Leave-in: Nourish Conditioner (Trader Joe's)
Stylers: LA Looks Sports, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil.
Methods: Wet plop or pineapple at night, diffuse in the morning. Scrunch w/joboba, coconut or almond oil.
