I have just been newly hired within a very corporate company. I use kinky curly but my hair looks wet all day and you cant see my highlights so it also looks black rather than brown. I currently have to wear glasses rather than contacts for health reasons so I'm not liking the wet look with glasses on myself at all. If I diffuse , my hair gets shorter and very voluminous! Everyone in the company has straight hair. I start next week and am trying to figure out if I should go voluminous for dry brown curls or stay wet even though I don't like the way I look to keep it controlled. I do always put my hair up but once I diffuse it's very voluminous so I put it up but my root hair gets frizz from diffusing and so then that's what you can see. It looks like sleepy or hat hair then. With the wet hair I still put it up for work but it really doesn't suit me. It just keeps my hair controlled. Unsure of what to do...
