I know this might sound dumb but what do you put daily in your hair( do you wet it slightly and put conditioner in it?) because my second day hair is crunchy and dry after using some conditioner(organixs) and water this morning? Help!!

I think the secret to second day hair is how well it is put up at night. If your hair is crunchy, a curl creme might work better for u. I would for something that says ur hair will be soft.

I find that wetting my hair the next day causes a lot of frizz and I lose definition. I just pineapple my hair at night, or when it was shorter, I'd take it and just stuff it in a satin bonnet and the next morning I just take it off and flip my head over and fluff it out and if it feels dry, I take a thick conditioner like GVPCB, not a watery one and add just a dime sized amount to the frizzier curls. It really is all about how you put it up at night. Satin pillow cases and satin bonnets especially really are the secret to good second day hair. It preserves them the best.

Check your conditioner ingredients too - most organix conditioners have cones I believe. Which would contribute to dryness/buildup for most of us.
