How often do you cowash?

I'm wondering how often people wash their hair because I keep hearing about 2nd day hair but never 3rd day hair, which makes me think that (for example) if you wash your hair Saturday morning you let it dry, wear it, then pineapple it to sleep, wear it down Sunday and then co wash Sunday night?

Which leads me to ask is it bad for someone to wash their hair that many times a week if you continue that pattern or is co washing not equivalent to washing your hair everyday/every other day.

Can you guys tell me when you wash your hair by day. I know every week can change depending on the circumstances but I'm trying to get a general idea.

Like can you explain like this:
SUN-
Mon-
Tues-

etc. with an explanation of what you would do each day.

Also on the day that you wash your hair do you co wash then put conditioner all over and detangle? Or do you just detangle once a week and just co wash every other time you wash your hair?

Lately I've been doing it like this. Let's just say I wash it on a Monday. I wash in the morning, let it air dry, wear it down that day. I wear it down again Tuesday and Wednesday, and will either wash it Thursday morning or wear a ponytail and wash it on Friday. So I'm counting wash day as day 1, Tuesday is day 2, Wednesday is day 3, etc. Like I said in my other reply, I sleep on a silk pillowcase and just spritz with curl refresher in the morning. I honestly think it looks best usually on day 2, and day 3 looks pretty good too. Day 4 would be passable, but I'm usually so sick of having my hair in my face that I'm ready for a ponytail day. Because I tend towards really dry hair, I find that it's better to do this than to try to wash it even every other day. I am always adding tons of moisture to my hair when I do wash it and that's the only way to not look like a frizz ball for me.

I usually cowash in the morning unless its hot and I want my hair down or I'm going out and want/need to restyle my hair. On a normal week if I wash (Day 1) Monday morning I'll wear it down during the day then pineapple and cover that night. (Day 2) Tuesday I take my pineapple down and usually have better hair than Monday cus the hair is stretched and has more body. That night I repeat my sleeping process and (Day 3) Wednesday I might have 3rd day hair good enough to wear down if not I put it in a high pony tail. Sometimes I might chose to wash this day if I'm feeling like my hair needs it. (Day 4) Thursday morning id usually wash again and repeat my process.

Personally I don't think its harmful to cowash daily if you're cone-free.

I co wash everyday in the morning and moisturize my hair and ensure that the products I use are moisturizing as well.
I haven't experienced any drying affects to my hair.
The only day I skip is the weekend cuz I'm home and if I go out I refresh and put it up in a high ponytail.
But mind you I live in Florida and its hot as H_ll. 🔥🔥🔥

I also co-wash every day as I never get decent second day hair. My hair hasn't suffered any bad effects from this. So far so good!

I also co-wash daily because 2nd day hair is the impossible dream for me- mainly because I do martial arts training for at least 1-2 hours a day. Post workout hair is awful.

I CO wash 3x per week, but one of them is through my DT. Tuesdays and Thursdays are CO wash days and Sundays are my DT day but I count it as a CO wash day.

I've tried to just do 2x per week (like Wednesday and Sunday), but I didn't like how my hair looked or felt.
