I have stopped the no poo and now use Head and Shoulders. My scalp no longer itches and I don't see flakes on my couch or pillow. I even noticed a sheen to my hair post shampooing as if it clarified my hair. It seems to work really well for me so far. It does frizz my curls though so I lik to DT on days I shampoo to counter that.
