Default Hair ripping

My hair started ripping at the ends today, not sure why? I had to switch back to cheaper products due to my budget but I've been using the cheap products for almost a month.I did have my hair bleached a month ago too, not sure if that would occur a month later from it. I'm trying to grow my hair long so this is putting me in a panic.I DT every week as usual but it doesn't seem to be helping anymore. I am still eating healthy, getting enough sleep and I'm very active. I'm currently using head and shoulders 1xwk, humectant conditioner as cow ash and leave in daily, la looks gel daily, and dove extra hold hairspray daily. I don't heat style at all either and I only use scrunchies.

Is your hair fine? If so, you could need protein. That's all I can think of, so I'm bumping this thread so others can help you.
