What to do about allllll this frizziness

I'm new to cg and already Really liking it. Doing co-wash with suave clarifying cond daily or every other, Scrunch drying with a t shirt and using a little curl cream. acv rinse before once a week.
However I'm noticing all these fly away frizzies. I am dealing with some damage as I wassss doing Pantene pro v, curl cream, mousse, hairspray at roots and diffuse and hairspray again. Then I would curl with my flat iron the frizzy top pieces even tho they were only like 80% dry :/
So I have a trim next Tuesday.
So by seeing this do you have any tips for me. I'd sat I have pretty normal hair, not really greasy, I get a little dry sometimes. I noticed my hair is shinier and curlier whenever I do vinegar rinses. Maybe you need protein. It could really perk your curls up. Just try a little at first to see if you're sensitive. Cowashing can sometimes give you moisture overload so its good to balance it out with protein.
What's a good basic way to add protein? Or what's your favorite protein treatment.
Here is day two. Did co wash, combed well in the shower with tons of con, got out and put in some gel, plopped for 25 min, curl cream and pinned and did my makeup and diffused a hair. So sick of all my damage, it looks fried and so I end up pinning back What to do about allllll this frizziness-imageuploadedbycurltalk1348665578.333656.jpgWhat to do about allllll this frizziness-imageuploadedbycurltalk1348665596.117126.jpg
I like iagirl's gelatin treatment or those protein fillers from Sally's. You can also try a light protein conditioner or the ion effective care packets at sally's that is moisturizing and protein.
Maybe try playing with the order of your curl cream and gel. I've found that just reversing the order of the same two products can make a big difference in how my hair looks. You could try the curl cream first, plop, and then add the gel as a final step.

I also use something like Jane Carter's Nourish & Shine or Spiral Solutions Emollience when I scrunch out the crunch from my gel. Just a small amount smeared over my palms (before I scrunch) will give really good shine and tame frizzies as a final styling step.

My favorite protein treatment is Curl Junkie Repair Me.
