Lightbulb Hair styling

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a new CG. I quit straightening my hair a little over a year ago but am still working on loving my curl. My hair reaches just below my shoulders, is THICK,COARSE, and I have A LOT of it. Is there a way to style it so that it doesn't tickle my clients when I massage them? Preferably more ideas besides just ponytails. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

You could use:

Banana clips to hold it back,
half ups,
combs, or clips to hold it out of the way,
head bands,
Snoods-a type of decorative hair net sold on ebay in many colors,
regular hair nets,
or you can style your hair with hard hold gel, clip it back a bit, and not scrunch out the crunch til after work.

Most/all of these should hold your hair back so it doesn't fall on your customers while you are working. Let us know what you try and how it works for you.

Experimenting with too many products to name here. All this great info keeps my head spinning.
