Okay so I'm thinking about chopping my hair off -again.
I say again because through doing some research I actually found an old thread I had created two years ago lol. Ironically, I'm going through some deja vu.
Anyway, I've noticed my hair is shedding a lot lately and I know its normal but this is really weird for me. Anyway I have also been working out almost 5-6 days a week and maybe that could be it?
Okay so working out has made me think that I should chop my hair off. Like it just makes me so mad sometimes. It just gets in the way sometimes. Like I'm all sweaty and I gotta deal with my hair. Uggh I
The shedding is also pissing me off. My hair is annoying me and yes it is quite long now and I have reached my long hair goals I guess but I don't know if its worth it. I am so tangle prone its like my hair dreads itself but is it really worth all the extra hassle/work? I can detangle but its just annoying. I'm also long overdo for a deva cut and was thinking should I just really go short this time? Maybe I just need a trim... It took me a long time and lots of hard work to grow those curls and get them this far while keeping them in good shape. I know I'd be so proud of myself getting this far because I would never think it possible.
As far as cutting my hair short, I didn't really have the guts last time but I think it may just be better. I love the oldschool short curly hair look. Any ideas? Do you think I could pull it off? Even if I could, should I just do it or not?
Give me your honest opinion. What do you think and what would you do? I believe in you guys because I know you'll understand just what I'm dealing with!
Haha my family is just like oh great this again. Your not gonna end up cutting it, just go to your your creepy PF closet and pull out some of those so called HG's of yours. We don't care about your hair probs (that's what I get for living with a family of straight hair).
And for those that work out how often do you wash your hair? I normally wash my hair (cowash that is) once a week or two if I'm really pushing it. However, I'm starting to think I may have to do it more often.
Oh and if your a long haired curly any tips for the gym like styles and stuff? I think putting it in the pony is damaging it
