Default Can you cut off frizz (literally)?

I have this piece that is just frizz (picture attachment).
Can I cut it off? Or do I leave it?

No, don't cut it, lol....unless you have layers all over your head. Just finger twirl that section in with another clump of curl. Use gel or cream if you need to.
