Kinky curly spiral spritz?

Why did nobody reccomend this product to me? It is amazing. It works better than flaxseed gel for me and I don't have to make it. It keeps frizz down and gives me the soft bouncy curls I have been craving. I don't know what's in it that my hair loves so much but I am glad I gave it a try. I used this after leave in conditoner and finished with a tiny amount of sheamoisture curl souffle and then the kinky curly custard. The custard alone I found made my hair more wavy and the souffle helps my curls bounce up if that makes since. I discoveredhave to use the souffle very sparingly... i stopped using it for a while but since I had some left I have been experimenting with it

Well subsequent use has not given me consistent results. I blame it on the Florida weather.... one day bouncy curls the next day a sticky mess. I've also tried the knot today i bought for my daughter but I guess since my hair does't really tangle much it really doesn't do much for me.

I love the ingredients in the kinky curly line as I am trying to be more natural so I am trying to get them to work. But my hair doesn't get consistent results with anything....
Looking at the ingredients list the stickiness might have something to do with high dewpoints. Are they high at this moment? The SS contains humectants, so when dp's are over 60F (15C) using humectants might be tricky.

About the Knot Today: it helps me a lot when I dilute some of the KCKT in water before I soak my hair with it, that seems to work way better for me than using it straight up. This might not work on everyone, but it's certainly worth a try.

Yeah probably buildup from the shea moisture stuff. I keep trying to use it becuase I have some left but I probably need to stop trying with it. I know humectants are only my fair weather friend...

If you've tried something a few times, and it really doesn't work for you, you have to "bite the bullet" and stop using it. Sometimes, you can re-purpose it--like using conditioner to shave your legs. It's just not worth having bad hair days, LOL! And the SM products are reasonable.

But I triple conditioned with tresseme naturals and rinsed well between each condition, did a vinegar rinse as well. Just used the kinky curly products after my alba leave in conditioner including the spiral spritz and custard and a tad of coconut oil. Went to bed with wet hait and have very soft curls this morning. Although messy but I think I am going to stick to these minimal products for a while.

I'm also not sure what you accomplished by adding the same rinse out three times. How would that be more conditioning then using it once and keeping it in longer?

I mean mininal products by not continuing to try to use up my other stuff that didnt work. My hair is so coarse and so thick I can't just use one or two procuts. I either get not enough conditioning and too much hard and sticky mess or a fuzzy fluffy kinky mess if I try to just use a gel or just use a cream styler.

Leave in conditioners and oils are a must for me. The spiral spritz alone wants enough hold and when I tried the custard alone over leave in it seemed to stretch out my curls if that makes sense. And my canopy doesn't need any stretching.

Using conditioner 3 times ensured I got all the sulfate out of my hair. It was more like wash rinse repeat with conditioner. I didnt use a lot the first tw55o times. and then the 3rd time I left in while I showered and then rinsed out. Like I said my hair is extremely thick and coarse and dense. It gets wet very fast and soaks stuff up.

I really liked the spiral spritz when I tried it a few years ago. I found I could use it instead of the custard. Come to think of it, I might try it again.
Thank for reviewing this product. I always see this product @Target. I use the Kinky Curly 3 step system.
