Red face Pure Argan Oil?

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone was currently using 100% pure argan oil at the moment. I loved argan oil myself, but the 'oil treatment' I was using was loaded with addictives and silicones. As argan oil is so expensive as it is, and I can't find it in store as readily as I ought to, I'd really love to hear which brand you're using that works (and is legitimately pure!)

Mine is by New Roots Herbal. The only other thing it contains is natural vitamin e which I think is meant to act as a preservative.

I actually find all of my pure oils on Amazon! It's so useful for things like that and you can read all the reviews so you know which oils / brands have worked best for people.

It's why I get my coconut oil every couple of months. Plus when I was experimenting with a bunch of oils back in the day, I also got my jojoba, sweet almond, carrot seed and grapeseed oils from there.

I haven't bought Argon Oil, but try looking on Amazon and checking out some of the reviews for the different brands on there and I'm sure you'll find something

I get mine wholesale from a soap supply shop. Since I make soap, I sometimes use the oil for my hair purposes as well

I got a great deal on some on VitaCost when I was ordering some other things a few months ago. The price for the first small bottle was quite reasonable, then I got an even better deal on a second bottle. I'm using it sparingly, and it's lasting well, in addition to giving nice results on my hair and skin. I haven't cracked the second bottle open yet.

I was using Argan oil for quite a while on my 3a/3b hair and did a review of it for my blog but honestly saw no real benefits compared to other oils and considering the price I really expect to. I honestly find cheaper oils like coconut oil work much better for me. If you do still want to give it a go though I often get good prices for hair products from ebay. I got mine from a discount store here in the UK for about £7 which was really good.

I bought mine from the "Vitamin Shoppe". It is also sold at "Whole Foods".

Blessings!
