About to go crazy!

Okay,

So I've finally figured out that I have type 3B curls and I've tested porosity and have come up with low porosity.

I currently do not use shampoo...I use conditioner to cleanse and about once a moth deep cleanse with all natural Dr. Bronner's soap.

But here is where I'm about to lose it...my hair, I cannot get rid of the frizz to save my life...I've tried almost everything I can think of...several leave in conditioners (including Shea Moisture), Gels (I HATE gel), leaving some of my normal conditioner in and rinsing with cold water. Nothing I do gets rid of the frizz and I hate it, I even let it air dry.

When I leave for work my hair looks nice but throughout the day by the time I'm done and it has dried it's a fluffy mess.

I don't want my hair plastered down, I like volume but I just want pretty defined curls...not curls with a halo of frizz.

Can anyone help?
two thoughts -- i don't know your texture, but if it is fine, then maybe you need protein.
also, maybe sealing would help, altho if you are truly low porosity, then not a good idea. check out the low porosity forum.

My hair is not fine but its not coarse either...its in the middle and the width is Medium if that helps as well.

I've tried pre pooing with Coconut oil and sealing my ends with it...I may be doing something wrong but my hair doesn't seem to like it.
What about the LCO method?
I have low density, fine 3b curls and this works for me. On the days I wash my hair and my hair is still soaking wet I use this:
Cantu curl activator or any moisturing liquid (L), then I follow up with the shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie or any thick cream (C), and then I seal the moisture with an oil (O). Now I really can't stand greasiness so I use jojoba oil because it's a non sticky oil. On other days I use the shea moisture curling gel souffle or even a normal gel like ecostyler. After styling it's all about letting your hair air dry without touching it untill it's 100% dry.
I hope this will help a little bit!

Ps: maybe rinsing with cold water will help as well!
