I've seen several members talk about doing a honey rinse--please explain! Thanks

its where u use half honey to half warm water, mix it in a cup until the honey disolves, pour it all over your hair . let it sit for a couple minutes ( some curlies dont rinse it out ) and rinse it out , gives the hair mouister and shine plus nice clumpy curls at least for me it does .. or u can mix it in with your condish and either rinse out or leave some in.. i do both , some curlies have mixed a lil pea size of honey with their gel and used it as a styler. i tryed that once and got really crispy curls , i think i put a lil to much honey with my gel..HTH!

I use a tablespoon of honey in 2 cups of warm water, I put this on with my conditioner in the shower then rinse out.

It helps with clumping for me mostly. I dont' use it more than once in a row though because it makes my hair frizzy. Maybe because it's so humid here.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!

I use about a tablespoon of honey mixed w/warm water in a coffee mug, and pour it over my hair after rinsing out my condish. I don't rinse afterwards.
