Batia & Aleeza gel users..help plz..
I have B&A gel, but just can't get it to work for me. It always makes my hair so crunchy. Do you all use it on its own or w/ a leave in? How much do you use and how long is your hair?
My hair is semi-fine naturally wavy/curly. Leaveins tend to weigh it down. TIA! |
I always use a leave-in, it is never very crunchy & if it is easily srunched out. I use Elucence MBC as a leave-in. Many different types of curlies have been using this co with great success.
Also, I think that mayim is having good luck with the Giovanni Vitapro Fusion as a leave-in. It is a nice light leave-in, does not weigh down the hair. HTH! :D |
Thanks so much! Is the Elucence MBC light enough for a fine wavy/curly?TIA!

I'm pretty sure that there are fine curlies on the site that are using the Elucence. It is a "smart" formula that is not supposed to over or under condition. I just love this stuff!! :love:love.gif
I have mostly a coarse texture, so I cannot really speak from experience as to how fine hair reacts to it. Maybe a fine hair curlie will jump in & tell you for sure. :D |
I have noticed that I can't use much leave in under the B&A gel. It's like it is too much and my hair almost look oily (but doesn't feel like it).
I always get crunch too but I remove it while it is drying and when it is dry. After that I have soft curls. Also, I have to make sure not to use too much of this products other wise it turns out ugly looking and way too crunchy. I use about 2 quarter sized puddles all over. |
