Hi ladies, I was wondering who uses Qhemet products and which ones are suited for 3a hair. (or even 2c)
I am tempted by the Honeybush Hair Tea Soft Hold Gel. I need medium hold and not something too heavy.
I was trying the HE hum.d.gel, and I think my hair took two weeks to make up it's mind, but definitely hates this gel now.
I'm back to Angell. How does the hold of the Honeybush gel compare to Angell?

The Qhemet gel is quite a soft hold for me. I actually have ended up using it to smooth down dry hair, as I prefer a bit more hold. It's not heavy though. I think it has less hold than Angell.

Have you tried Aussie Gel + Water? That has a consistency and hold quite similar to Angell, but is much less expensive.

If you are interested in trying a cream styler, I like Abba Botz. It's the lightest weight cream styler I've found, but it still has decent hold.

Did you use HE Humidity Defying Gel for two weeks straight? That product is somewhat heavy in protein, which tends to build up so your good results disappear after using it repeatedly. Try rotating it with a non-protein styler, like Angell or Aussie G + W.
