I usually take a bottle of condish mixed with water, and spray my hair with that after i've gotten out of the pool. It's also good to wet your hair with regular water right before you get in, that way your hair might not soak up as much chlorine. I smoothe some shea butter, like CB's shea it ain't so before I get in. Just today I went swimming, but I just condition washed with Suave Naturals Mango & Peach, then used Too Shea. So I don't think you need to shampoo every time afterwards.

I don't go to the pool as much as you do, but I started wearing a swim cap a few months ago and it really helps. I wet my hair first and then put it on. I notice a huge difference after I swim. Maybe you already do that, but in case you don't it's a great thing to do. Of course I feel kind of weird looking wearing it, but it's worth it. If I do wear the cap, I don't feel the need to do anything special with my hair after - maybe condition a little bit more.
