I think bangs would depend on your face shape and how you like to wear your hair. I always thought I needed bangs, had them forever, and then decided I was tired of them and needed a change. So I let them grow out and now I love not having them.
Generally, layers are great for curly hair since they help stagger (for lack of a better word) the curls. Layers allow for the curl to come out and play, but not look like a horizontal poof.
Do you have bangs now? What type of cut/style do you wear now? Do you put your hair up a lot or wear it down?
3A/B hair, fine and lots of it
currently loving: Suave M&H conditioner, CurlKeeper, B&A gel
I HAVEN'T HAD A HAIRCUT IN A LONGTIME. MY HAIR IS ALL ONE LENGTH AND I HAVE NO BANGS.SOME PEOPLE SAY TELL THE STYLIST LONG LAYERS AND SOME SAY SOFT LAYERS. I JUST DON'T WANT A CUT THAT WILL SHORTEN THE LENGTH AND MAKE IT MORE POOFY.
