Default Need help with products

I've recently posted "had an appointment for a relaxer" for my daughter. I recieved tons of great info and am learning a lot from this site. I am a bit overwhelmed with deciding on which products to start with for her hair
Again here is her pic.

I think you should start with the 'better products' and then try to backtrack to the cheaper ones once you find a routine that works. She probably needs something to cleanse, something to condition, gel and maybe some other styler or finishing product.

Are you going CG or not?

Personally, I really like DevaCurl. But it doesn't work for everyone.

Your daughter is so cute!

I would start with Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner, for use as daily conditioner, leave in conditioner and deep conditioner. At her age it will be difficult to control frizz, just because of how active they are, so conditioning would be my first priority.

I think that Amneris's 3c information thread has most of what you need, if you have some time to skim through it and take notes. Many curlies post their albums which gives you some idea of whether their hair is similar to your daughter's.

Good luck!
